Karen Benton brings over 15 years of experience in office management and customer service to Fusion Plumbing. Her career began in the plumbing industry in 2006, and she later spent a decade managing operations and projects at a tax firm. Now, Karen oversees all office operations at Fusion Plumbing, handling service scheduling, client calls, and bookkeeping with precision and care. She’s passionate about solving problems and providing exceptional support to clients. Outside of work, Karen is active in her community, volunteering for the local high school football board and cheering on her kids at sporting events. She enjoys boating, camping, and riding ATVs with her family.
